Xing Xu, a renowned erhu player and educator, member of the Chinese Nationality Orchestra Association and formerly a soloist of Shanghai National Orchestra, immigrated to the U. S. in 1988 and continues to perform in public music events. He received an award from Sino-US Culture Society and has peformed with Boston Symphony Orchestra and Washington Civic Symphony Orchestra. Other performances were at the Kennedy Center, Strathmore Center, Chinese Embassy, Korean Embassy...etc.. In 1995, the Voice of America (VOA) produced a special video program featuring an interview of Mr. Xu and a demonstration of his instrument. Xing Xu's rendition of music is characterized by his unique presentation techniques, always with an elegant, pure and pleasing tones, imbued with deep emotion and expression, which exerts a profound impact on his audiences.

Li-Ly Chang has received many awards and grants and has given recitals and performed concertos in Asia, Europe and the U.S. Ms. Chang has studied with Sacha Gorodnitzki, Leon Fleisher, Sequeira Costa, Fernando Laires, Walter Hautzig and Jack Winerock. Her performance include the Dame Myra Hess Series, Carnegie Hall, Kennedy Center, Roosevelt Hall, Trinity Church Series, Shriver Hall and Strathmore Hall. She has given master classes and lecture recitals in George Washington University, Savannah on Stage Festival, Mannes School of Music, Delaware State College, Levine School of Music, McDaniel College, La Plata University, Georgetown University and New England Conservatory. Recently she has performed at the State Department in Washington DC, the World Piano Pedagogy Conference in Orlando, Florida. She has judged in the Chamber Music Foundation of New England in Carnegie Hall and American Asian Music Society in New Jersey. She served on the faculty of the premiere Washington International Piano Festival at the Catholic Univ. of America in 2009. . She was a music panelist for the Maryland State Arts Council and is the Director of the International Young Artist Piano Competition.
